Dr. P. M. Sugavaneswari is an accomplished academician serving as Head of the Department of Commerce (Computer Appplications), Government Arts College (Autonomous), Salem, Tamil Nadu. With more than 16 years of rich teaching and research experience, she has established herself as a dedicated educator and researcher. She is a recipient of a Gold Medal in 2007 for her M.Phil from Periyar University. She has made significant scholarly contributions with 16 research papers published in National and International journals and more than 60 research papers presented at various national and international forums. She has been serving as an Assistant Professor for the past five years, shaping young minds with her expertise in management studies. Prior to her academic career, she gained two years of valuable professional exposure in the retail and banking industries, which adds practical insights to her teaching and research. Her research interests span across entrepreneurship, digital marketing, cultural tourism, work-life balance, stress management and psychological traits. Dr. A. Kumaran holds a Ph.D. in Marketing and brings with him a unique blend of academic expertise and professional experience. With over eight years in the industry and more than a year as an Assistant Professor, he has developed deep insights into the evolving landscape of marketing. His areas of specialization include Digital Marketing, Electronic Word of Mouth, Consumer Behaviour and Tourism. Dr. Kumaran has contributed extensively to the field through his research, having published papers in reputed national and international journals and presented his work at various academic forums. Dr. B. Chitra, M.Com., MBA, M.Phil., PGDCA, PhD, is currently serving as a Guest Faculty member at Bharathiar University, Coimbatore, commencing September 2025. She previously held the position of Head and Associate Professor in the Department of Commerce (Professional Accounting) at PSG College of Arts &Science, an Autonomous Institution affiliated with Bharathiar University, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India, from 2007 to 2024. With a fervent dedication to academia, she boasts over 17 years of extensive experience in both teaching and research. Dr. Chitra completed her PhD at PSG College of Arts &Science, affiliated with Bharathiar University, in 2017. Under her supervision, one M.Phil has been conferred. She has actively participated in Refresher Courses, Faculty Development Programs, and Professional Development Programs, and has presented scholarly papers at numerous National and International Seminars, Conferences, and Symposiums, earning her considerable acclaim. Dr. Chitra has published more than 30 articles in esteemed journals recognized by UGC, UGC CARE, SCOPUS, and the Web of Science, as well as in various National and International publications. She has been honored with the Academic Excellence Award at PSG College of Arts &Science in the years 2015, 2016, 2019, and 2022. In addition to her academic pursuits, Dr.B.Chitra has held several distinguished administrative roles, including Chairperson of the Board of Studies at PSG College of Arts &Science, and has served as an External Subject Expert for various prestigious institutions’ Boards of Studies. She has also acted as an External Examiner, responsible for curriculum development, question paper formulation, and the conduct of practical examinations and evaluation procedures. Furthermore, she is an effective participative member of the ICAI Coimbatore Chapter Office Bearers and collaborates with other Regional Chapter Office Bearers to enhance the educational experience of the student community from 2009 to 2024.

Dr. R. Sarathi is a dedicated physicist and researcher specializing in the synthesis and application of novel semiconductor nanomaterials. She earned her Ph.D. in Physics from Manonmaniam Sundaranar University, where her doctoral research focused on developing metal oxide semiconductor nanoparticles designed to address critical society-based environmental problems. An accomplished academic, Dr. Sarathi has built an extensive portfolio of research, particularly in the fields of photocatalysis and wastewater treatment. Her work investigating the impact of pH and doping on nanoparticles like ZnO, TiO, and CuO has been widely published in prestigious international journals, including Materials Today: Proceedings and Material Science and Engineering B. Beyond the laboratory, she has shared her expertise through teaching roles at St. Mary's College and Sri Paramakalyani College. Her contributions to the scientific community are further highlighted by over a dozen paper presentations at national and international conferences. Notably, she was honored with the Best Paper Presentation (Poster) Award at the International Conference on Emerging Materials and its Applications (ICEMA) for her innovative research. Dr. Sarathi holds a Master of Philosophy and a Master of Science in Physics, both with first-class honors, and continues to contribute to the advancement of sustainable material science from her base in Thoothukudi, Tamil Nadu.

Dr. S. Kirubadevi is an Assistant Professor in the PG & Research Department of Commerce at Sri Ramakrishna College of Arts & Science, Coimbatore. She holds a Ph.D. in Commerce from Bharathiar University and has over 13 years of academic experience, specializing in Marketing, Finance, and Consumer Behavior. Prior to joining Sri Ramakrishna College, she worked as an Assistant Professor at Sri Krishna Arts and Science College and PSGR Krishnammal College for Women, contributing extensively to teaching and research in Commerce and Financial Services. Dr. Kirubadevi has led research projects on sustainable practices, including GRG-funded research of public awareness on plastic bans and biodegradable alternatives, and holds a published patent on the impact of organized retailing on traditional retail businesses. To her credit, she has published numerous research articles in double-blind peer-reviewed, UGC-CARE, and Scopus-listed journals, showcasing her commitment to advancing knowledge in her field.
