Nisha R, working as an Assistant Professor, Senior (OB & HR) with Business School, Vellore Institute of Technology, Chennai. She had an IT industry experience, worked with top fortune organizations. Her area of interest in the domain of Human Resource Management, Organizational Behaviour, Workplace Counselling, Emotional Intelligence, Talent Management and Career Management. She is a NLP practitioner - Certified from NFNLP, USA and Certificate earned from UNSW Sydney (The University of New South Wales) for Learning to Teach Online Course. She has actively involved in the research paper publications and also authored book chapters, and her research work is featured in SCOPUS indexed, UGC approved journals and Conference proceedings. She has also presented research papers in the conferences and the recipient of various Research and Academic Awards both in National and across Globe. She has conducted Conferences, Seminars, Workshops, Value Added Course and Corporate Training Programmed is a part of her knowledge enhancement. She has authored a book titled “Strategic HRM”.

Praveen Kakada, Assistant professor at the School of Business, Vellore Institute of Technology, Chennai. He has a passion for research, and he has attended many workshops and FDP programs held at many universities and B-schools in India. He has eight years of research and three years of academic experience. He has presented his research papers at national and international conferences (Italy, Tokyo-Japan, New York, and Turkey). His expertise lies in the areas of leadership, knowledge management, talent acquisition and retention strategies, organization change and climate, multivariate data analysis techniques, mediation analysis, moderation analysis, and structural equation modeling. He is also familiar with data analysis software such as SPSS, AMOS, JAMOVI, and JASP. He has published 5 research articles in several reputed journals. His papers are published in ESCI, SCOPUS, Web of Science, and ABDC-listed journals. He has received two special awards and has qualified for the UGC-NET.
