Jagat Dwipendra Ray

Jagat Dwipendra Ray is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Physics at B.N. College (Autonomous), Dhubri, Assam,
India. He obtained his PhD in Physics from Tezpur University, where his research focused on noise characteristics of geodetic
position time series and hydrologically induced surface deformation in North-East India and the Nepal Himalaya using GNSS
and GRACE satellite data. His primary research interests include GNSS-based geodetic research, satellite gravimetry,
hydrogeodesy, and physical geodesy. Dr. Ray has held research and teaching positions at institutions of national and
international repute, including the National Centre for Geodesy, IIT Kanpur, the Institute of Geodesy and Cartography, Warsaw
(Poland), NIT Nagaland, and The Assam Kaziranga University. He has published extensively in reputed international journals
and actively contributes to geodetic research, postgraduate supervision, academic administration, and professional societies.

Dipangkar Borah

Dipangkar Borah is currently working as an Associate Professor in the Department of Physics at Rabindranath Tagore University, Hojai, Assam, India, with a strong academic and research background in applied electromagnetics. He earned his M.Sc. from IIT Guwahati and Ph.D. from Tezpur University, Assam. Prior to joining Rabindranath Tagore University, he served as an Assistant Professor at B. N. College (Autonomous), Dhubri, Assam. His research interests include metamaterial absorbers, EMI shielding materials, and computational electromagnetics using the Finite Difference Time Domain (FDTD) method. He has published several research articles in reputed peer-reviewed journals. He has also contributed book chapters and presented his research at numerous national and international conferences. In addition to his academic and research contributions, he has held key administrative roles, including Coordinator of the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) and Deputy Controller of Examination, contributing significantly to institutional development and quality assurance.
