She guided nursing students in research and evidence-based practice. Published research articles and co-authored nursing materials. Presented papers at conferences, showcasing my commitment to scholarship. Actively engaged in community health initiatives and nursing education. Mrs. Sangeetha J. is a passionate nursing professional and researcher with 21 years of dedicated experience in nursing education and clinical practice. She currently serves as Vice Principal at Padmashri Dr. Sivanthi Aditanar College of Nursing, Tiruchendur, Tamil Nadu. Her professional journey began as a Clinical Instructor and includes valuable experience at one of the largest public hospitals, KK Women’s and Children’s Hospital, Singapore, from 2003 to 2009. After completing her M.Sc. (N), she held various academic positions for 14 years in the Community Health Nursing Department. She demonstrates a strong passion for fostering a positive learning environment, promoting academic excellence, and supporting both students and staff. She has served as a convener and member of faculty and student development programmes.
