V. Mohanasundaram is the Director in Vivekanandha Institute of Information and Management Studies,Tirchengode, Namakkal, Tamilnadu, India. His educational qualification is M.B.A., M.Phil. DPMIR., Ph.D and has 24 years of teaching experience. He is a recognized Ph.D supervisor and Doctoral Committee member for Anna University, Bharathiar University, Manonmaniam Sundaranar University and Periyar University. He has produced many doctorates in Anna University and Bharathiar University. He has published Text Books on Strategic Human Resources Management, Services Marketing, Mangerial, Economics, Management Concepts and Organisational Behaviour, and Enterprise Resource Planning. He has received fund from various funding agencies like ICWA,ICTACT, EDI and AICTE. His other professional activities include the Editorial Advisory Board member and Member of Editor Review committee for various National and International journals. He is a life member of ISTE. He has attended and published papers in International and National Conferences & Seminars and published more than FORTY articles in reputed journals. He has organized International Conferences and acted as the resource person for International Conferences and other programs organized by various colleges. He acted as a Dignified Resource Person for the 5 days International Lecture series on Career Management, Visionary Leadership, Communication Skill for future Managers, Stress Management and Skill required to succeed as an Entrepreneur organized by Dhaka International university, Bangladesh. His area of focus is on designing, implementing and evaluating new teaching learning methodologies.
