Inderpreet Kaur is a highly accomplished academic leader and researcher with twenty years of experience in higher education and administration. Currently serving as the Professor and Dean at the Faculty of Education and Social Sciences, Rayat Bahra University, Mohali (Punjab). With a Ph.D. in Education and multiple postgraduate qualifications, she is a visionary educator skilled in implementing the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020, digital transformation, and curriculum development. She has authored 36 research papers, edited five books, and held three patents. Dr. Kaur has also led numerous high-impact consultancy projects. Her outstanding contributions have been recognized with numerous accolades, including the prestigious Outstanding Contribution in the Field of Education by IEEE and the Government of Punjab. Dr. Kaur continues to elevate the academic landscape mentoring educators and promoting high-quality education aligned with global standards.

Pavankumar Ravindra Sonawane is an Associate Professor in Mechanical Engineering at JSPM’s Rajarshi Shahu College of Engineering, Pune. He holds a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from VELS University, Chennai, and has over 18 years of total experience, including 15.5 years in academics. His research interests include machine design, vibration analysis, condition monitoring, and composite materials. He has published more than 20 papers in reputed Scopus-indexed journals and conferences and authored books on Industrial Internship and Condition Monitoring. Dr. Sonawane has received several honors, including the 'Best Teacher' and 'NSS Leader' awards, recognizing his excellence in teaching and leadership. He actively contributes to academic quality initiatives as NBA and NAAC Coordinator and is a certified career counselor. A member of professional bodies such as LMISTE, Dr. Sonawane is deeply committed to outcome-based education, innovation, and mentoring students for research and
