I am delighted to present this collection, born of insightful research, enriching dialogues, and collaborative efforts dedicated to deepening the discourse on women, technology, and tradition. Women’s empowerment is a multifaceted endeavor, intricately connected with technological advancement, cultural values, social structures, and economic progress. As we gather under the theme, “Women, Technology and Tradition: Harmonizing Heritage with Progress”, we acknowledge the urgent need to balance innovation with inclusivity—ensuring that women remain central to both technological transformation and the continuity of cultural heritage. This conference created a vibrant platform where academicians, researchers, technologists, policymakers, entrepreneurs, social activists, and thought leaders engaged in meaningful dialogues, exchanged ideas, and envisioned pathways that integrate women’s voices into the digital era while safeguarding the traditions that shape our identities.
