Kushwinder Kumar is the Registrar, Khalsa University, Amritsar. He holds M.Sc. in Mathematics, M.Ed., has qualified NET, and earned a Ph.D. in Education. With more than 33 years of teaching experience, he has taught both postgraduate and graduate classes with dedication and academic excellence. Dr. Kumar has made significant scholarly contributions to the field of education and research. He has authored three books, edited five books, and translated three books. In addition, he has published more than 35 research papers and articles in journals of national and international repute. In recognition of his outstanding contributions to education, he was honored with the prestigious Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan Award in 2007.

Bindu Sharma is an Associate Professor, Khalsa University, Amritsar. She is M.Sc. in Botany, M.A. in Psychology, M.Ed., Ph.D. in Education and has qualified the UGC-NET in Education. With over 25 years of teaching experience, she has been actively involved in teaching postgraduate and graduate classes. She has authored one book and published more than 40 research papers and articles in books and reputed national and international journals, reflecting her active engagement in academic research and scholarship.

Gagandeep Kaur Dhillon is an Assistant Professor in Department of Education, Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar, Punjab (India), where she teaches Curriculum Development, Inclusive Education and Gender School and Society. She has 22 years of experience. She has undertaken a major research project, entitled, “Study of Academic Achievement, life skills, and aspirations of secondary school students of border and non-border districts of Punjab state- policy perspective for developing learning outcomes” sponsored by Indian Council of Social Science Research, New Delhi. Her research focuses on Instructional strategies to improve achievement and to develop competence (Social, Psycho, Emotional) among students. She has presented papers at conferences, published articles and papers in various journals and chapters in books.

Pooja Sharma is an Assistant Professor, Khalsa College of Education, G.T. Road, Amritsar, with over 12 years of experience in the field of education. Her academic credentials include M.Com, M.A. (English), M.Ed., and Ph.D. (Education), in addition to qualifying exams such as UGC NET (Edu.), PTET, and CTET.A prolific researcher, Dr. Sharma has published over 25 papers in esteemed books, peer-reviewed national and international journals, including UGC CARE-listed and SCOPUS-indexed journals. She also served as an editor of two Curriculum books of B. Ed program, Gender, School and Society and Assessment for Learning. She is committed to fostering quality education, mentoring students, and driving research and innovation in education.
