Kalyan Bhuyan is a Professor in the Department of Physics at Dibrugarh University. He holds several key leadership roles at the university, prominently serving as the Director of the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC), Director of CIQA (DODL), Chairperson of the Centre for Atmospheric Studies, etc. He is an accomplished researcher with a broad spectrum of significant contributions across atmospheric physics, cosmology, astrophysics, computer science, and Machine Learning. His highly cited research extensively covers specialized topics such as the modified theories of gravity, cosmology, ionosphere, atmospheric aerosols, and space weather. Over his career, he has successfully supervised multiple M.Phil. and Ph.D. scholars, actively shaping the next generation of physicists. Beyond his extensive scientific, academic, and administrative endeavours, Prof. Bhuyan is also celebrated as a renowned writer, translator, and poet.

Th. Gomti Devi serves as a Professor in the Department of Physics at Manipur University. She specializes in Vibrational Spectroscopy, Molecular Modelling, and Quantum Chemical Calculations. She completed her M.Sc. (earning a University Gold Medal) and Ph.D. from North-Eastern Hill University (NEHU), Shillong. Prior to joining Manipur University, she served as an Assistant and Associate Professor at the North Eastern Regional Institute of Science and Technology (NERIST). A prolific researcher, Prof. Devi has been awarded the Fast Track Scheme for Young Scientists by DST, India, and has guided numerous Ph.D. scholars while publishing extensively in top international journals.

Ranjan Changmai currently serves as the Principal of Dibru College. Prior to assuming this leadership role, he was engaged as an Associate Professor in the Department of Physics at DHSK College, Dibrugarh. He earned his Ph.D. from Dibrugarh University and has authored several significant research works in the specialized fields of optics, lasers, and spectroscopy.

Poppy Hazarika is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Physics at Duliajan College, Assam, where she has been serving since February 2015. She obtained her M.Sc. and Ph.D. in Physics from Dibrugarh University and has also worked as a Junior Research Fellow (JRF) in a collaborative project between Dibrugarh University and the Tata Institute of Fundamental Research (TIFR), Mumbai. Her primary area of research is High Energy Physics, and she is actively involved in several research initiatives alongside her teaching responsibilities. Dr. Hazarika has published many papers in reputed international journals, authored a textbook based on the CBCS syllabus, and edited four research-oriented books.

Dhruba Jyoti Gogoi is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Physics at Madhabdev University. Presently he is also working as an Adjunct Faculty in the Theoretical Physics Division, Centre for Atmospheric Studies, Dibrugarh University. He obtained his M.Sc. and Ph.D. in Physics from Dibrugarh University. With more than 50 papers in reputed international journals, Dr. Gogoi has established his name in theoretical and cosmological research in a very short period of time.
